I had a great stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff who always greeted me with a smile, and a delicious breakfast made my mornings a lot better. Additionally, the location was quiet, and I could easily get outside food delivered. I also loved the heritage decorations and comfy mattresses.

During my xmas stay, I was pleased with the comfortable and spacious room that had great amenities such as a well-functioning television and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, helping us with printing services and storing our luggage. The location of the hotel was also excellent as we were able to access transportation quickly and easily, making our sightseeing experience smooth and enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the hotel left me disappointed, as the toilets were not properly cleaned and the room had a bit of dustiness. The room cleaning was not done on a daily basis, which was an inconvenience.

Great Easter experience with wonderful staff who made us feel like family. the spacious rooms had lovely traditional decorations and comfortable beds. Location was ideal for exploring the city and we loved being able to walk to many nearby attractions. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty dishes to start the day off right.

The bathroom was in need of some extra cleaning, and there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room that could have been addressed.
